The entire world has been turned upside down by Covid-19 and we all have been requested to maintain social distancing to prevent ourselves from getting infected by this novel virus. Self-isolation and frequent hand washing is indeed the key to battle Wuhan Coronavirus.
Private companies have allowed the employees to work from home as a measure to combat Covid-19. The cities are under lockdown and we are left with deserted streets and conspiracy theories. So, long story short, we are stuck at home with our piles of work and own thoughts!
But hold on for a second, can humans really be sane while staying for prolonged hours at home. Actually not, even I’ve started to lose my brain cells! But I’ve learnt to cope and chill as well because aisa mauka fir kaha milega! This is the first time we have been told to stay at home to protect the world! Trust me, I’m an introvert and I’ve been practising social distancing and self-isolation throughout my entire life so it’s nothing new for me. But if you are new to this then I’ve got some ideas to make you chill better at home.
Let me show you what I’ve got!
Become the next Masterchef
Yeah, now’s the best time to unleash the Gordon Ramsey in you and prepare an innovative dish with the limited supplies you have got during this time. Just an advice, cook like him but don’t cuss like him. Haha!
Be the next Tik Tok star
Love Tik Tok? Well, time to do it now without any guilt! Due to our 9 to 5 job, we do not give enough time to our dear Tik Tok but not anymore as we are already quarantined at home and so is the entire world. Now’s the best chance for you to get more followers! At least, China gave us something better instead of the worse which is Coronavirus!
Since you’re at home, in your territory, be crazy! Take goofy selfies, try out all your clothes, give yourself a makeover, dance like there’s no tomorrow, sing like you’re gonna be the next Ellie Goulding or Adam Levine, just do whatever pleases you the most!
Remember Charlie Chaplin’s quote, A day without laughter is a day wasted. Life is meant to be enjoyed, even during this demanding time, we have to stay strong. This too shall pass and we will be back to our normal lives sooner than ever! Stay safe and keep washing hands!
